Today's case :- A female 45 year old patient had Chronic generalised Periodontitis . After phase 1 therapy , and phase 2 therapy(Flap surgery) her lower anterior and 36 teeth were grade 3 mobile . They were planned for extraction and immediate implantation .3.1 X 11.5 mm implants were placed in lower anteriors and 5X11.5 mm was placed in 36 region. Keep smiling :)
