Dental implant case

A male 30 year patient came with failed root canal access opening leading to vertically fracture of second premolar. Patient had severe pain . We planned removal of fractured tooth and immediate placement of implant . 5 X 11.5 mm implant was placed and direct loop suture given. KEEP SMILING :)
