Dental implant case

Today's Morning case:- A 45 year old female patient had missing lateral incisor to second molar in her second quadrant and missing second premolar , first and second molar in her fourth quadrant. She want fixed replacement of her missing teeth. Dental implants were planned . Papilla preservation flap was reflected and all implants were placed and direct loop sutures placed.
